The West Jet Ticket Raffle Draw will be held at Nanaimo Community Hospice Society, 1080 St. George Cres, Nanaimo, BC V9S 1X1
The Dream Home and 50/50 draws will be held at 7384 High Ridge Crescent, Lantzville, BC V0R 2H0
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.
The following people are prohibited from purchasing tickets in this lottery: Board of Directors and employees of Nanaimo Community Hospice Society, and those residing in the same household. Partners and contracted auditors of the Nanaimo Community Hospice Society directly related to the gaming initiative are also prohibited from purchasing tickets.
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Nanaimo Community Hospice Society.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

Prizes are awarded tax-free in Canada. The price of tickets is not deductible as a charitable donation for tax purposes in Canada.
Nanaimo Community Hospice Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.
Any complaints can be directed to the Dream Home Lottery Staff in writing only by emailing: dreamhome@nanaimohospice.com. Staff will review the complaint and take action if necessary. If another party needs to be involved, it will include the Nanaimo Community Hospice Society Executive Director and Board President or alternate Board Member.
Should a delay occur in the draw time on draw day, every effort will be made to make the draw as soon as possible. Should an alternate day need to be announced, after approved by BC Gaming, all ticket purchasers will be notified through e-mail, and posts made on Nanaimo Community Hospice Society’s social media platforms and website. Notices will also be posted on “Hospice Dreamers” social media platforms. Refunds can be obtained in this circumstance by emailing dreamhome@nanaimohospice.com.
